Impressive marketing page but still haven’t found THE usability testing software solution. A startup in alpha or beta should be able to pay ~$20 per person to do exactly this (usability test with video reaction) on Apple, Windows, and Linux platforms. Budgeting $200 per iteration for feedback like this from 10 people seems like a reasonable, natural part of the cycle.
