We’ve partnered with our friends over at Twilio to bring you a sweet little developer contest that runs from July 6th to July 13th.
The rules are simple as can be: make a Twilio app in ruby, deploy it to Heroku and submit your entry on or before the 13th.
The winner gets a netbook and $300 in Heroku platform credit!
